Client Service Director

Are you our new Client Service Director within Health?

At Ogilvy Denmark, we are looking for a competent, strategic-thinking and digitally minded Client Service Director to head up our healthcare team. Is it you or someone you know?

In this role, you’ll be responsible for your own exciting clients, and you will function as their key advisor in matters ranging from strategy to final execution within the fields of customer experience as well as advertising and communication. You will work with everything from professional communication for HCPs and patient guidance to disease awareness.

About us

Ogilvy is a part of an international, creative network. With 30+ dedicated employees here in our Copenhagen office, we have a size and skillset diversity that allows us to cover a wide range of on- and offline marketing disciplines. We put flexibility, collaboration, and responsibility at the heart of everything, and we strive to create work that engages the audience, no matter the touchpoint.

Over the last two years, we’ve been through a positive turnaround, which has led to a thriving situation with both new types of projects as well as clients coming in. That’s why we need a new team member who’s eager to help us continue the journey.

Our clients are a fun mix of local, Nordic, and global brands – some are well-established, others are brand new. As for healthcare and pharma clients, it’s a big part of our DNA. During the last 15 years they’ve been a steady part of our client base – and currently, it’s 50% of our business and still growing, just like the rest of the agency.

If you are looking for a workplace with a good atmosphere, a healthy work/life balance and ambitious colleagues, we welcome you onboard and hope you’ll be just as loyal, happy, and quirky as the rest of us.
